Self Catering Accommodation. Sleeps ten.

The farmhouse has three doubles including one en-suite and two twin bedrooms. Family bathroom. One of the double bedrooms is downstairs. Downstairs loo and shower. Kitchen has a very large kitchen table and all essential items. Aga, further electric hobs, microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer. Fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms are equipped with bed linen, flannels, towels and hair dryer.

Farmhouse has Starlink Satellite broadband, music station: cd, vinyl. No TV. Outside guests can enjoy a large garden, picnic tables and tennis court, with access also to our woodland.

Booking:

You will be booking the Farmhouse exclusively, sleeps 10.

Full payment is required on booking.

Festive Season:

We would be delighted to host families for Christmas and New Year! And the house comes beautifully decorated with a festive feel.

Check -in:

Check-in 10am

Check out 2pm please ensure property is left clean and tidy.

Parking:

Ample parking for guests outside the farmhouse on a private yard.

Children & Dogs:

Cancellation:

Full refund in the event of a cancellation for any reason with six weeks notice before the booking.

Smoking:

Little Tyleglas is strictly no smoking.

More Information:

Parking for five cars maximum. No shoes upstairs. The downstairs single bedroom has its own outside door to its own front garden. We have an Aga which is hot to touch. There is a log burning stove which must only be used with past experience. We have an all weather tennis court hidden in the garden, rackets and balls are provided. We encourage the garden for wildlife which I ask you to respect. The neighboring fields are out of bounds due to Long Horn Cattle and sheep, as is the barn opposite the farmhouse.

I live nearby and will do all I can to help with your holiday. Please ask in advance if you are planning on bringing a young family or pets Chris
